Iasha aspires to work as a clinical psychologist serving children and adolescents. Her passion for psychology and connecting with people drives her to take every opportunity to further herself on this path.

At Houston Anxiety & Wellness Center, she finds it extremely rewarding to help people on their journeys to seeking treatment or continuing their efforts in mental health care. Creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment is essential to her work. She also works as a Research Coordinator at Baylor College of Medicine coordinating tasks on Black Equality in OCD Neuro Genomics (BELONG) study in Eric Storch's OCD lab.

Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting, discovering new music, and trying new foods. You'll find her at any events related to music or food! She has pet bunny named Peppa, who is three years old and very sassy.
